lives and works in Milan. She graduated in painting from Accademia di Belle Arti di Palermo in 2000, followed by a master’s degree in art and new technologies at Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in 2006. In her works, Casdia explores the elementary dynamics at the basis of emotional connections and sexuality.

Valentina Furian

lives and works in Milan. She graduated from the IUAV in Venice and the École Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Nantes. Furian’s artistic research focuses mainly on moving images, exploring the relationship between man and nature, in particular on the topic of domestication, conceived as a form of human domination over the animal world and as a product of rules over the social body.

Valentina Knežević

lives and works in Germany. She graduated in Theater, Film and Media Studies from the Goethe University in Frankfurt, where she later perfected her studies at the Städelschule. She explores the relationships that exist between theatre, cinema, figurative and performative arts in relation to social issues.

Caterina E. Shanta

lives and works in Pordenone. She holds an MFA from IUAV University in Venice. Shanta mainly works in the field of moving images and her artistic research re-elaborates and mixes her own materials as well as those produced by others – videos and archival photographs – to redefine the boundaries and the language of documentary cinema.

Federico Tocchella

lives and works in Rome. He graduated from Dipartimento di Animazione at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Turin in 2005. His work develops at the intersections of experimentation and a mix of styles and techniques that merge cinema, animation and video-art. His short films have won various national and international awards.
